This is the design taken from a locally published book on B & W houses. The origin house plans are from 1921 to be constructed at Sri Menanti, Jervois Rd, I think, for Messr. W. H. Mansfield and Co. Today the place is still very up market, condominiums and landed houses. Sadly, no more Black and White.
After completed 40+ component drawings and putting together a cutting list, a local cabinet maker cut the plywood for me. 40+ drawings are for the whole house, of which the picture shows only the front half.
